Students of classes VI to XII are divided into four houses – GANGA, CAUVERY, GODHAVARI and KRISHNA. To instil leadership qualities, a sense of responsibility and accountability, each house has a CAPTAIN and a VICE CAPTAIN guided by the President and Secretary selected from staff. The school conducts various intra school competitions either on the basis of classes (KG to V) or houses (VI to XII) to promote a healthy team spirit. Annual Day and Sports day are conducted every year. Intra school sports competitions are conducted regularly with a view to develop skill and sportsmanship. Our students win laurels at zonal and district level sports meet.
Students of middle school are engaged in after school hour English and Book Reading Session facilitated by Suka Foundation. These sessions also involve enactment of plays suitable to their age.
To explore the talents of the students, several club activities are planned regularly. Students of classes VIII to XII regular attend sessions conducted by volunteers of AVTAR Human Capital Trust. While girls are tutored under Project PUTHRI, boys are mentored by the volunteers of MITR (Men Impacting Trust and Impact).
Educational and recreational programmes, short field trips are arranged in and around they city to places of Educational, Historical and Cultural importance. Outstation trips are also organized for senior students whenever necessary.
